When you feel hopelessly helpless,
When the ground beneath your feet shakes,

Close your eyes, grit your teeth,
Brace your legs and clench your fists…
Face the force
And let the waves pass through you

Nor cave in -
Stand still -
Just hold on to yourself,
Face every emotion -

Let everything pierce through your soul
